The community of Evanston Calgary homes are surrounded by walking trails, recreation areas, and a pond for residents to enjoy. You'll find a variety of multi-family and single-family homes for sale in Evanston, all of which have easy access to main roads. 

The community is fairly new, having just started development in 2002. As of 2009, there were 4,599 residents living in the neighbourhood.

The Evanston real estate area is bound to the west by Symons Valley Road, to the south by Beddington Trail, and the Municipal District of Rocky View to the north.

Evanston Community Association

The Evanston Creekside Community Association presents a variety of programs with women's soccer being among the top ones. There are plans for the construction of a skating rink and Nose Hill Park, which is renowned for its gorgeous grasslands, walking trails and diverse wildlife. If you’re a golfer you’ll have your choice between four golf courses in the local area including Harvest Hills and The Hamptons. 

Evanston Neighbourhood Schools
